Heist Recordings welcomes back Cinthie with the ‘Get Up’ EP, following her ‘Piano Heaven’ EP for the label in 2023, which won the hearts of Pete Tong, The Blessed Madonna, Chloé Caillet, and more. The four-track ‘Get Up’ EP opens with ‘Deep Inside Love,’ a classy cut that harks back to the steamy emotions of early House, wrapped up in big, lush chords with acid-tinged synths and loved-up vocals that bear all the hallmarks of an instant classic. ‘Higher’ flips the script with more driving drums, raved-up stabs and retro basslines while female vox loops amp up the heat.

On the B-side, Cinthie launches into an organ-fueled workout with title cut ‘Get Up,’ fusing dubbed-out vocals, raw percussion and sumptuous strings. London-based producer and Semi Delicious label head Demi Riquísimo closes out the package with a remix of ‘Higher,’ where golden Detroit chords, searching synth leads and jacked-up drums come together to sweep dancers off their feet.

Few artists in the contemporary dance scene are as widely respected as Cinthie. The Berlin-based tastemaker has been living and breathing House music for decades on many fronts: touring the world fiercely as a DJ, dropping heat on labels like Aus Music, heading up her 803 Crystal Grooves imprint, and running the renowned Elevate Records store in Berlin.
