Bákayan is the musical identity of Burak, a creator who turns memory into melody and emotion into sound.

Born in the quiet countryside of southern Germany, he first turned to words and music for self-expression. Over time, that intimate exploration grew into a distinctive blend of voice, rhythm and acoustic soundscapes, balancing traditional resonance and modern production. 2018 plunged him into Berlin’s nightlife, opening a new portal, expanding his creative world and introducing him to the emotional depth of electronic music. Soon after moving to the city he formed his signature Hybrid Live Show, singing live while layering Deep Organic, Melodic and Classic Modern House, always guided by narrative touch.

His breakthrough release “Ala Bora” revealed his melodic fingerprint and led to work with Stil Vor Talent and Kindisch. In 2025 he entered a new chapter with releases on Universal Music, Get Physical and Nervous Records, bringing his rule-bending sound to a wider world.

Out of his musical achievements grew ALA BØRA: a Berlin-based nomadic label and event series rooted in connection, where community, intention and purpose move as one. Bákayan’s path circles a single compass: unite through sound, awaken through presence, become through expression.
