Today on When We Dip Radio, we’re excited to premiere Alex Twin & Dairo’s – ‘Don’t Stop’, taken from ‘Worldwide Insomnia 2,’ the second chapter in RADIATE’s talent-focused EP series, curated by MAXI MERAKI.
Designed as a forward-facing platform for emerging and fast-rising artists, ‘Worldwide Insomnia 2’ brings together four club-ready cuts spanning Afro House, Melodic House & Techno and Tech House, with contributions from Danidane, r0ya and OSHERO alongside Alex Twin and Dairo.
Their collaboration, ‘Don’t Stop,’ blends driving Afro-influenced rhythms with a clean, modern low-end and tightly sculpted percussion. Built for energetic, open-air dancefloors and late-night club settings alike, the track balances groove and tension with subtle melodic accents, delivering a confident and functional cut that fits perfectly within the EP’s global and forward-looking concept.
Alex Twin continues to build a strong international profile, not only through his releases and touring, but also as a key music curator for major venues in Dubai, including Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience and Be Beach Dubai. Known for his dynamic blend of electronic, Afro House, Afro Tech and Tech House, his recent releases on labels such as Go Deeva, Armada Music and All Day I Dream have further established him as a versatile and in-demand artist on the global circuit.
On the other side of the collaboration, Dairo has quickly become one of the most exciting new names to emerge from Yerevan and the wider Armenian electronic scene. After beginning his production journey in 2022, he rapidly gained recognition for his ability to merge Afro House and melodic influences with organic and deep-rooted foundations. A pivotal moment in his career came when he was invited to perform alongside Black Coffee and Floyd Lavine — a milestone that firmly positioned him as a rising figure in the region.
Beyond his individual career, Dairo is also a co-founder of Alterego, a fast-growing community and event platform that has already hosted large-scale shows in Armenia and welcomed international artists to its line-ups.
