London-based DJ, producer and Sakti Records founder Farzala makes a confident return with her forthcoming EP ‘Pulp Friction’, a three-track collection set for release on 3rd April via her own imprint.

Having steadily built her reputation with a string of groove-led releases over the past year, Farzala has earned support from some of the UK electronic music scene’s most respected names, including East End Dubs, Terry Francis, Toman, Mahony and Sante. Her music has always balanced precision with atmosphere, and this new EP is no exception.

The title track ‘Pulp Friction’ opens proceedings with a tunnelling groove and layered percussive elements, building tension while maintaining an irresistible forward momentum. Second track ‘Vamos’ shifts the energy, weaving melodic motifs into a spacious, hypnotic framework that invites movement and exploration. Closing the EP, ‘Positive’ blends rhythmic intricacy with hazy textures anchored in low-end weight, delivering a final punch built for the late hours.

Together, the three tracks cement Farzala’s club-ready credentials, balancing kinetic floor energy with evolving sonic trips.
