Sometimes a track captures that quiet moment when you tilt your head back, gaze at the night sky, and feel your mind drift somewhere bigger than the room you are standing in. Amonita’s latest single, ‘Celestial Dreamer’, does exactly that. The Barcelona-based producer paints a sonic portrait of a mind that always soars above the clouds, dedicated to the dreamers among us, the ones filled with inner light who can turn the grey of everyday life into a kaleidoscope of vivid colour. Built on a dense, enveloping bassline, the track unfolds with shimmering melodies and warm, weightless vocal lines that gently carry the listener into a boundless realm of imagination.

Amonita has spent years cultivating this signature blend of progressive and organic electronic music. Since launching her project in 2017, the Barcelona-based artist has built a distinctive presence on the international circuit, balancing live instrumentation with carefully sculpted electronic textures to create a sound that feels both intimate and expansive. Having begun her career playing vinyl, she carries a finely tuned sense of groove and pacing into every set, whether on a club floor or a festival stage. Her productions, all crafted independently, continue to expand her stylistic range while keeping a clear, unmistakable voice, and her music has earned support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Lee Burridge, Sébastien Léger and Nora En Pure.

‘Celestial Dreamer’ arrives on Rubicunda, the imprint Amonita co-founded with Makebo back in 2021 as a curated home for forward-thinking, deeply musical electronic productions. Over the past few years, the label has carved out a distinct identity, releasing music that walks the line between organic warmth and progressive depth, and this new single feels like a natural continuation of that vision.

You can now listen to the full premiere of ‘Celestial Dreamer’ exclusively on When We Dip Radio. Enjoy!
