Perspectives Digital reaches a milestone with its 126th release, and the label marks the occasion by welcoming Swiss melodic techno artist Patrick Ruprecht with his ‘Mournful Cadence’ EP. The title track, ‘Mournful Cadence’, sees Patrick join forces with Budapest-based producer TOBAK for a powerful late-night journey driven by haunting melodies and sophisticated rhythmic detail, while closing cut ‘No Signal’ offers a brooding, tension-filled composition layered with introspection and atmosphere.
