Have to give a shout out to one of our favourite dance venues on the planet; Space Ibiza! Overshadowed by all the Miami Music Week madness was the announcement that they’re were chosen by the International Dance Music Awards, for the second consecutive year, as the “Best Global Club”. The IDMAs are arguably the most prestigious in the game and the award just reinforces the strength and influence of the legendary venue which presently serves as inspiration for club owners and a Mecca for club goers. It’s been rocking Ibiza for over twenty years and here’s to twenty more!
Space opens for Summer 2013 on May 26th at 12pm. We Love Space Sundays continues for its 15th year, the opening will be curated by James Zabiela’s Born Electric imprint, the bill includes Joy Orbison, Ben UFO, Paul Woolford and Midland with Henrik Schwarz and Carl Craig in the Terrace. Ibiza Icon Carl Cox will also return for The Revolution – The Party Unites, with guests including Dubfire, Heidi, Jon Rundell, Laurent Garnier, Nic Fanciulli, Pan-Pot, DJ Sneak, Gilles Peterson, JustBe, Nicole Moudaber, Yousef and Umek.
