After making a massive debut with Rinzen last year on Yoshitoshi, Enamour is back with another collaborator, Nox Vahn, for a special two track EP, which includes a remix from German up-and-comers GNTN. The Sleep Paralysis EP displays once again the DC native’s knack for tight melodies and beautifully textured soundscapes. He and Nox Vahn deliver two enormous originals that would sound as fitting in Black Rock City as in Watergate.

The title track is built around giant pad swells and complex, percussive grooves which take their time to envelop you in an astounding mixture of sound and space. ‘Dilemma’ is a bit deeper, making use of a catchy, Phrygian-based melody that is equal parts exotic and exciting. It’s the perfect playa track and is sure to be all over BPM and Tulum this year. Finally, GNTN rounds things out with a swirling remix of ‘Sleep Paralysis’, turning the original into a more laid-back groover for building energy.
