A showcase of fresh talent from the global electronic scene, Anjunadeep’s Explorations series returns for its thirteenth instalment featuring Anjunadeep alumni Kahwe and three debutants in Collé, Rezident, and Shai T & DJ Zombi.

Kicking off the compilation is the Netherlands’ Collé with his ‘World To Come’. Hosting a rich vocoded lead and a chugging bass reminiscent of 80s synth pop, Collé makes a strong nostalgic statement in his label debut. In a marked contrast, British Anjunadeep alum Kahwe presents a textured track in ‘Ai No’, threading oriental samples over a deep driving low-end. 

Combining a warm synth progression with cinematic sound design, Rezident’s ‘Pure’ signals a promising debut for the German youngster. Closing out the EP are Shai T & DJ Zombi, two producers based out of Israel, with their percussion-led piece ‘High In The Sky’. Moulding soaring strings and a full piano progression, the duo’s inviting single alludes to the nearing summer.
