After over 25 years in the music industry, prolific producer John Grant, known to most as Quivver, has honed in on his sound to create his most career-defining work to date, ‘Revelate’. A fan favorite of John Digweed’s illustrious imprint, Bedrock Records, Quivver spent the past 12 months pouring his heart, soul, and musical prowess into his soon-to-be 3rd studio album. An ode to a selection of his most cherished musical influences, the 10-track LP spans across house, techno, breaks, electro, and more.

‘Revelate’ is out now across all streaming platforms. To celebrate, he rounded up 5 of his favorite tracks of the moment — check them out below:

1. Sofia Kourtesis – La Perla (Tourist Remix) [Technicolour]

This track is just beautiful. A perfect combination of angelic vocals and lush chords changes, goosebumps every time!

2. DJ Seinfeld & Stella Explorer – She Loves Me [Ninja Tunes]

Cool as fuck! Great drum programming and lots of synth quirkiness, with a lovely vocal top-line to finish it all off.

3. Ben Bohmer – Fade to Blue [Anjunadeep]

My favourite track from Ben’s new album, beautiful melodies and chord changes with a bassline fat enough to fill any dancefloor.

4. Close Relative – Salt [Truesoul]

Simple but so effective. Basic drums, bassline, and a gated pad are all it needs. The phrase “less is more” couldn’t be more appropriate.

5. Coeo – voyager (Piano Mix) [Toy Tonics]

A big, bouncy, old-school-sounding piano tune. They really nailed the retro production here while managing to keep the sound current enough for today’s market.

You can also listen to the Select Cuts mix series he recorded for When We Dip.

His recent Bedrock live stream is also here.
