Adana Twins have been catching the eye a lot lately. Their tracks continue to grab my attention and it has gotten to the stage where I couldn’t let this one pass me by. The DJ duo based out of Hamburg, Germany consists of Take It Easy and Friso, who combine to consistently produce groovin’ house magic. The have had success with quality original work like that on their ‘Everyday’ EP and also have the ability to dish out mighty remixes, my personal favourite being their ‘Thursday Disco Vox Remix’ of Tiger Stripes track ‘This Man’, which was released on Get Physical Music.
This time they’ve come up with ‘Reaction’. It’s a cracking little deep house gem featuring the work of Brazilian duo Digitaria and it has already received strong support from none other than Pete Tong and a host of other names killing the deep house scene at the moment.
The single track EP was doing the rounds at WWD HQ this past week and is a certainty to go down well on dancefloors across the globe. It’s got the signature Adana Twins deep and disco vibes and it’s out now on a label the Twins co-founded, JEUDI Records.
