Silver Joe is a new record label founded by Tamir Regev, an accomplished New York-based music producer. The label is committed to release great dance floor electronic music, unbounded by genres or trends, with a New York City unapologetic vibe. The label’s first release is a collaboration between SANDHAUS and Tamir Regev, along with an Urmet K remix. Here are some words from the artists about their release:

“Tamir & I have been friends for a long time, sharing the same passion for music while discovering the quirkiest spots NYC has to offer. Over dinner at our usual hangout the mythological “Hillstone” (which since sadly closed), we decided to put our creativity to the test with some studio sessions. “Breath It Out” is the result. “Breath It Out” is a song about a friendship challenged by distance, as a couple is set to live in two different continents for a few months. They try to keep their relationship alive while confronted with issues of intimacy, distance, and trust.” – SANDHAUS

“SANDHAUS and I met randomly in Miami many years ago. We immediately felt a connection, coming from a very similar background in life and music. “Breath It Out” was created while I was building an additional studio in Tel Aviv. In the process of us having many conversations about the music business, I decided to open Silver Joe.” – Tamir Regev

“After Tamir asked me to make a dance floor oriented remix I went for it. Was very easy for me with the beautiful smooth & silky vocals by SANDHAUS, loved it straight away. Probably the most progressive remix I’ve ever made to date.” – Urmet K
