Italian producer Santos is back with a bang, laying a top notch 4 track Ep on Snatch!’s sister label Snatch! Off. Many of you will also be familiar with Santos from his other, techier project with countryman Timo Maas, together as Mutant Clan they’ve rocked some of the finest labels out there, Connoisseur and Dubfire’s SCI+TEC to name a few.

Santos’ latest piece of solo work is sure to rocket him into even greater limelight. ‘Let It B’ is undoubtedly the standout tune. It’s an organic house cut centered around a fine set of keys, some stellar ride cymbals and a groovy percussive ensemble. Not surprisingly the track has a long list of admired, including are the likes of Green Velvet, Laurent Garnier, Davide Squillace & Monika Kruse.

‘Why’, the second original on the release, is a darker affair though similarly upfront and groovy. Also included is a tidy ‘Let It Be’ remix from Mr Tophat & Art Alfie and a more expansive piano mix.
