French-born Fiona Kraft is a force to be reckoned with. From her prodigious musical talents as a child to her successful career as a model and now a world-renowned DJ, producer, and co-founder of the innovative eyewear brand IMPURI, she has consistently pushed boundaries. Her dynamic sets, spanning genres from Afro to Deep House, Tech to Progressive, are designed to ignite the dance floor.

She has been on this journey for a decade and, in that time has played everywhere from fabric London to Pacha Festival in Buenos Aires to Hi Ibiza, where she will return later this year. She has released music on labels such as Connected Frontline and Disco Halal but now pursues independence with her own label. Non Merci Music will welcome diverse styles and genres that defy categorization and is a place where she will not have to make any artistic compromises. As well as the launch of the label, Fiona has a jam-packed DJ diary that will take her across Europe to some of its finest clubs and festivals.

Already gaining recognition from industry heavyweights like Black Coffee, ‘The Base’ is a unique blend of Fiona Kraft’s melodic house sounds and a heartfelt spoken word vocal. Its ever-evolving structure, starting with captivating drums and evolving into lush piano harmonies, is a testament to Kraft’s musical prowess. The climax, featuring stylish, autotune-heavy vocals and Kraft’s signature piano progressions over Afro-house drums, is a musical journey in itself. In addition to the original, a Radio Edit and Instrumental version are also included, offering a diverse listening experience.

This is just the beginning of what promises to be an exhilarating journey for Non Merci Music. With many more releases and exciting collaborations already in the pipeline, the label is set to make its mark on the electronic music scene.

You can now listen to the full premiere of ‘The Base’ exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
