MAHOOL, a powerhouse sub label by MDLBEAST Records, presents ‘Portal 001’, a new high-voltage techno album with tracks by upcoming talents Moses, Sokkary, Deus Deserto, Triart, Corsini, and Auf & Fade Republic. Focused on deep and driving electronic music, MAHOOL serves a fine selection of techno, melodic house, and underground sounds in ‘Portal 001.’

Opening the album, Egyptian DJ and producer Sokkary’s ‘Falling Deep’ is a groovy, club-driven house release that seamlessly blends cascading synths, shimmering piano melodies, and mind-melting vocals. The result is an immersive soundscape that transports listeners through time, creating an ethereal and captivating experience on the dance floor. Corsini’s ‘Microgrid’ follows with a futuristic underground fusion of house and trance featuring robotic vocals, sharp electronic chords, and hypnotic rhythm. Auf & Fade Republic’s ‘Break A Way’ delivers an intergalactic feel, blending dystopian dreamscape elements with soft vocals and an elevated musical arrangement. Triart teams up with Eleonora on ‘Don’t Go Away’ a trance-infused big-room anthem featuring hypnotic vocals and a steady build-up that erupts into a high-energy crescendo. Deus Deserto injects raw club energy into ‘Like That,’ an acid groove with rapid-fire hi-hats, bold rap vocals, and a high-tempo pulse, and Moses closes the compilation with ‘Kerosene’, a slow-burning yet electrifying techno piece that gradually ignites with robotic vocals and atmospheric energy.

Since its inception, MAHOOL has swiftly positioned itself as a curator of cutting-edge electronic music within MDLBEAST Records. With a growing catalog that includes chart-topping releases such as ‘Keep the Love Alive’ by Saudi duo DISH DASH, ‘Running Man’ by iconic CAMELPHAT and Cosmicat’s take on the hit in her remix, ‘Running Woman’, the label remains dedicated to fostering a diverse roster from the MENA region and beyond. From deep, melodic house to peak-time techno, and everything in between, MAHOOL’s curated sound reflects the ever-evolving spirit of the underground.

‘Portal 001’ not only showcases the label’s sonic diversity but also reaffirms MAHOOL’s status as one of the most exciting labels to watch in 2025.
