Melody Lab returns with the third edition of Melting Point, its annual Various Artists compilation that marks the transition between years with a forward-looking burst of creative energy. Designed as both a reflection and a reset, the series has become a meeting ground for artists who approach club music with individuality, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new emotional terrain.

One of the highlights of Melting Point Vol. 3 comes from Kaito Henry and GOLES, who join forces on ‘Bad One’. The track sits comfortably within the compilation’s evolving identity, pairing crisp, driving rhythms with a sense of playful unpredictability. Subtle tension builds through carefully shaped grooves and bold sonic twists, creating a piece that feels both free-flowing and tightly controlled — a perfect representation of the compilation’s spirit.

This year’s edition shines a light on a new wave of creators, with contributions from Surmillo, P A N, and Milikk completing a diverse yet cohesive journey. While each artist brings their own voice and perspective, the release remains unified by its shared sense of movement, openness, and creative confidence.

With Melting Point, Melody Lab continues to redefine what a Various Artists compilation can be, not just a collection of tracks, but a curated space where new ideas collide and evolve.

You can now listen to the full premiere of Kaito Henry & GOLES ‘Bad One’ exclusively on When We Dip Radio. Enjoy!
