nocapz.Brazil’s electronic music scene is having a global moment, and MOTRAXX is right at the heart of it. Curated by Mochakk, the label has positioned itself as a launchpad for the next generation of Brazilian talent, and its third compilation, ‘MOTRAXX Vol. 3’, is another confident step forward. Five tracks from nocapz., Solarce Brothers and Analu come together to push the imprint’s vision of forward-thinking, dancefloor-ready music while keeping its groove-first identity intact.

For nocapz., the release marks a major moment. The Salvador-born, São Paulo-based producer makes his debut on MOTRAXX with three tracks, including the focus cut ‘Sunflowers’, alongside ‘All I Know’ and the one we are excited to premiere today, ‘Braziliannn’. The track is built around a bossa nova loop, pairing a smooth melodic core with a deep, sub-heavy bassline and a dynamic, club-ready arrangement. It is the kind of production that translates the soul of Brazilian music into a language that works on any international floor, without losing its identity along the way.

Speaking about joining the label, nocapz. shared: ‘Being part of MOTRAXX is a true honor and a major milestone in my career. I’m proud of the three tracks I’m releasing and excited to join a label that, like me, refuses to be boxed into specific genres or aesthetics.’ His journey to this release is one to admire, having evolved from taking DJ lessons with Mochakk to collaborating and performing alongside him globally, including at Mochakk Calling Festival in Malta.
