Local Talk welcomes Martin ‘Atjazz’ Iveson with “Fox Tooth” EP

Local Talk Records next release comes in the form of the “Fox Tooth EP”. Martin Iveson better known as Atjazz has put together a tasty little 2 track EP for the Swedish Label. I first came across the local talk boys a few years back with their stunning release of the brilliant HNNY’s “Yearning” EP. From then have grown from strength to strength only releasing quality house records and have remained a personal favourite of mine

The records first track, entitled “Fox Tooth” is a strong house track that reminds me of the likes of Dusky. With waning vocal samples and a driving base line its an automatic mover. The next track on the record is a remix, the “Atjazz Galaxy Aart Dub” with only some very minor changes to the track on this one it keeps the basic structure of the track but it is no less appealing on the ears than its counter part. This is one of those rare records where it is hard to decide which side is better than the other and personally I cant choose. Two very good tracks on a record that should be bought on sight following its release on the 27th of April.

Track list

A. Fox Tooth

B. Fox Tooth (Atjazz Galaxy Aart Dub)
