Dubbed as “Moodymann approved soulful house”, you know exactly what you’re getting into with Dan Shake. His upcoming EP, titled ‘Out Of Sight/Traders II’, is a fantastic release that’s chocked full of soulful, upbeat and seductive grooves. The A side, ‘Out Of Sight’, encompasses a big warm bassline, tastily placed stabs and soul-filled vocals. The B side, ‘Traders II’, is a perfect compliment that has a much dubbier sound to it and is carried by a lovely trumpet recording from Alfons Fear. It will be released on February 2nd and will be available through Black Acre.
