Taking off where Nicole Moudaber left with her EP early this year, this is the first of two remix packages of the MOOD Records boss’s ‘Seeing It Through’ release and, trust us; not one single stone has been left unturned by the remixers. Nicolas Bougaïeff takes the lead with his outlandish take on ‘Common Dreams’. One of those rare re-rubs that takes the original to various new places; expect some impeccable switches and tempo turbulence along the way!

‘The Sun At Midnight’ receives its first of two reworks from the always on point Magdalena. Percolating with emotion, her melodic refresh delivers both power and poise in equal measure. And it’s followed by a beautiful salute from one of the label’s most consistent and much-loved regulars Marino Canal. Gently twisting the drums in a more tribal direction while preserving those soul-stirring pianos, it’s another on-point twist to end this stunning volume.
