When We Dip | Premiere: Glenn Morrison gets remix treatment by Petar Dundov

Fall From Grace kicks off 2020 with a single from label boss Glenn Morrison ‘Tangerine Dream’, along with a remix from internationally respected electronic musician Petar Dundov (Cocoon, Get Physical).

Bubbling emotive melodies and hopelessly optimistic minor chords abound in Tangerine Dream, which is already picking up incredible DJ and Radio Tastemaker support from Sasha, Luciano, Loco Dice, Carl Craig, Sven Vath, and Danny Tenaglia to name but a few.

Multi-platinum record selling musician and record producer, Glenn Morrison is the archetype of the modern DJ/producer star. The Toronto native is as happy rocking a dark, underground basement as he is performing to tens of thousands of people at a festival.

Over the course of his career he has been nominated for several Juno Awards as well as Fans Choice Award / Dance Artist of the Year / Dance Record of the Year for Sirius XM Radio Music Awards, and won the SOCAN Dance Record of the Year 2015. Glenn produces a huge variety of genres, but Tangerine Dream latest finds him very much in progressive house territory, backed up with a stellar remix from Petar Dundov

Landing on his own Fall From Grace label, the original mix of Tangerine Dream is a deeply affecting progressive house cut, with soaring melodies, sharp drums and heart-wrenching strings: a timeless slice of emotional electronic music. On the remix, Croatia’s Petar Dundov delivers a signature trance-inflected techno interpretation, adding intertwining synth lines and a rhythmic, bubbling bassline to truly euphoric effect.

The label have also commissioned critically renowned Danish painter Thue to do an original oil on canvas painting to commemorate this wonderful release and the start of a new decade – we hope to satisfy your musical palette with each new release over the coming year and beyond.
