Selador boss Dave Seaman and widely respected Buenos Aires electronic music figure DJ Paul first met over 20 years ago when Dave was recording his first Global Underground compilation in the city and have remained friends ever since. 

More recently, the two bonded further over their shared passion for football when legendary Argentinian football coach Marcelo Bielsa took over at Dave’s beloved Leeds United. It was a development that became a regular topic of conversation, their mutual admiration culminating in them deciding to collaborate on a track in honour of Bielsa’s genius after he achieved promotion with Leeds back to the English Premier League.

Named partly after Bielsa’s ‘crazy one’ nickname and also after his ‘beautiful’ brand of football, the result was ‘Loco Hermoso’, a perfectly executed slice of sun kissed electronic goodness befitting of its inspirational source. 

And the Argentinian connection doesn’t stop there either. Stepping up on remix duties, Selador welcome the one and only Hernan Cattaneo who teams up blossoming new talent Mariano Mellino for one interpretation whilst another Argentinian duo, label faves Interaxxis complete a formidable line up.
