Moya, aka Chris Morgan, is a Bay Area-raised, Brooklyn-based producer who is rapidly ascending inside the realm of Organic House. He grew up in a melodically rich upbringing, where a wide spectrum of genres shaped his musical tastes. From The Allman Brothers Band pumping at night to Johann Sebastian Bach swaying in the morning, there was always an eclectic variety of artists playing at home.
Moya’s sound prevails through dynamic melodies, established low-end grooves, crispy shuffles, and finely tuned arrangements. With four releases under his belt, Moya’s soaring, detail-oriented production has caught the ears of respected label owners like; Gorge Hewek, Makebo, Modd, David Hohme, Berouz and Above & Beyond’s Tony McGuinness. His latest release on Amulanga’s Spring Sampler 1, was the most popular song on the 10 track VA and topped the Oganic house charts on Beatport.
With his most recent release out on August 25th on Peace Symphonies, Moya will freshen up the Organic house sound and continue to build up his career.
