Italian mainstays Supernova have long had a refined, genre-fluid approach to house. They head up this vital label and always evolve their sound while staying true to their signature, with releases on respected labels and a career defined by musicality and longevity. The EP opens with the title track ‘Catch Your Light’, a percussive house cut built on wet claps, jazzy keys and a sun-soaked groove. Lush, sensual vocals float through the mix, adding warmth and depth to the feel-good flow. ‘Attraction’ follows with a darker, more tactile mood, driven by wobbly rhythms, textured basslines and steamy vocals that weave in and out for a red-hot intensity.
