Nathan Alzon’s story is one defined by both roots and reach. Born in Taipei, his journey through electronic music has taken him across continents, but it’s in Amsterdam where he has truly honed his craft and become a familiar face within one of Europe’s most influential house music communities. Regular appearances at Thuishaven and Shelter have cemented his standing in the city, while releases on labels including ANOTR’s No Art and Yaya’s Tamango Records have propelled him onto the global stage, earning the support of heavyweights such as Chris Stussy, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, and Enzo Siragusa. That connection with Enzo now comes full circle as Alzon makes his LOCUS debut, delivering five tracks that showcase his energetic yet refined approach to house music.

Opening with the title track ‘THE GETDOWN’ , Alzon wastes no time setting the tone with heavyweight low-ends and all-action UKG influences. ‘Move Your Body’ keeps the energy high, driven by slick drums and playful vocals, while ‘Hot Stuff’ injects bumping foundations and skippy, swung percussion into the mix. Next, the acid-dipped ‘X TO C’ dives into hypnotic late-night moods and old school rave touches, before ‘Here’s The House’ closes things off with a slinking groove that nods to house tradition while keeping the energy firmly contemporary.
