As the electronic music industry descends upon Amsterdam for ADE, the cities hometown heroes PIV offer up a twelve- track compilation showcasing the labels sound and many of its key artists.

Over the past decade the Amsterdam based PIV brand has grown to become integral to the electronic music underground on its home turf and way beyond across the globe. Spearheaded by the powerhouse producer and DJ, Prunk, while also shining a light on the many local talents such as Chris Stussy and Dennis Quin, plus others across Europe like Jansons, Kolter and RUZE, the label and itds surrounding parties have become emblematic of high-quality house music, inspired by the foundations of Chicago and New York while driving things forwards into the future. Here we see PIV joining forces with LA based imprint and events series Factory93, another beacon of light for the underground scene hosting the likes of Black Coffee, Damian Lazarus, Amelie Lens and Charlotte De Witte at its parties, and playing host to music from Emanuel Satie, Riva Starr, Archie Hamilton, Vitess and DJ Minx on its imprint. This perfect pairing has inevitably led to a collection of high-quality material to celebrate this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event.

Across the twelve tracks on the compilation, we’re treated to classic house jams from Prunk and Kellie Allen, more raw groove heavy cuts from the likes of Lauren Lo Sung and Djebali plus Disco-tinged workouts from Easttown and Majoness and deeper jams from Demarzo, Georges Smeddles, Ryan Nicholls, Eboni Green and Verso amongst many more.
